Commercial License Agreement

The Warp plugins for Filament published by qalainau (Warp Table, Warp Repeater, Warp Scheduler, Warp Sheet, Warp Pivot and any later Warp plugin, each a qalainau/filament-warp-* package). This Agreement applies separately to each Warp plugin you purchase; that plugin is the "Software". A license for one Warp plugin does not grant any right to another.

This is a commercial, proprietary software product. It is not open source and is not distributed under the MIT or any other open-source license. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software you agree to the terms below.

1. License Grant

Subject to payment of the applicable fee and ongoing compliance with this Agreement, the licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software according to the license tier you purchased:

  • Single Project — Use in one (1) project that is not a SaaS application, in all of that project's environments (e.g. local, staging/CI and production). One (1) year of updates.
  • Unlimited Projects — Use in an unlimited number of projects, including SaaS applications. One (1) year of updates.

A "project" means a single application codebase. Each end product you sell, sublicense, or deploy for a distinct client counts as a separate project.

A "SaaS application" means an application that serves multiple customers or organizations under a subscription or similar arrangement. Using the Software in a SaaS application requires an Unlimited Projects license.

2. Permitted Use

  • Install and use the Software in the number of projects allowed by your tier.
  • Modify the Software's source for your own use within a licensed project.
  • Use the Software in commercial products you build for yourself or your clients.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or share the Software's source code or assets as a standalone product or template, in whole or in part.
  • Publish the Software's source code in a public repository, including as part of an open-source application.
  • Remove or alter copyright, license, or attribution notices.
  • Use the Software beyond the project or SaaS limits of your purchased tier.
  • Share your license key or private Composer credentials with third parties.

4. Updates and Renewal

  • Single Project and Unlimited Projects licenses include updates for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • When the update period ends, you keep the right to use, and to install, every version released before it ended. Newer versions require a renewal.
  • Renewals are offered at the current price of the license tier.
  • Support is provided as described in the Support section of the README.

5. Refunds

  • You may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase if the Software has a defect that prevents its documented features from working and the licensor cannot fix it or offer a workaround. Approved refunds are made in full to the original payment method.
  • The Software is delivered as source code immediately after purchase. Please try the live demo and read the documentation before buying: refunds are not given because the Software does not suit your use case, because you changed your mind, or after the seven (7) day period.
  • By completing your purchase you request immediate access to the Software and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once access is provided.
  • When a refund is made, your license and its credentials are revoked, and you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
  • Renewals are refundable on the same terms, counted from the renewal date.

6. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. The licensor retains all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Software.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

9. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.
